ANSA Registrars & Consultants
Corporate Secretarial & Business Registration Services
ANSA Registrars & Consultants was established in 2005 to provide corporate secretarial, governance, and business registration services. The practice operates as a distinct professional arm, regulated separately from the accounting practice.
ANSA Registrars & Consultants delivers services in compliance with the Companies Act, 2015, and filings administered through the Business Registration Service (BRS). The practice is overseen by a licensed professional registered with the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICS) and operates within the ethical and professional standards prescribed by the Institute.
Services offered under this arm are limited strictly to corporate secretarial, statutory compliance, governance support, and business registration activities.
Leadership & Professional Oversight
Both professional practices operate under the leadership of Dr. Sammy Thuo Kangea, a duly qualified professional with registrations under the relevant statutory bodies governing accounting and corporate secretarial practice in Kenya.
The leadership structure ensures:
- Adherence to professional standards
- Maintenance of independence between regulated services
- Proper risk management and quality control
- Ongoing compliance with continuing professional development (CPD) requirements
